What are we doing to keep our clinic safe?
Our staff cleans the hospital multiple times daily and recently we have increased the frequency paying close attention to commonly touched surfaces such as door handles and computers. We ask that you reschedule appointment if you are feeling sick or if you have traveled to a COVID -19 endemic areas in the past 14 days. We are asking owners to do car appointments. For end of life discussions and appointments we will escort you and your pet directly into the exam room.
What does a car appointment look like?
When you arrive for your appointment please call the clinic, a technician will come out to your car to retrieve your pet (please have dogs on leash and cats in carriers), we ask that you wait in your car during your pet’s appointment, and then your pet will be returned to your vehicle, any questions or discussions can happen over the phone or at your car.
